Moving toward a goal, both as a company and as a partner with our Customer and
suppliers, requires knowing where we are headed. Our goal when we work as partners
with our Customers is to exchange information and feedback, and then do what is
necessary to fulfill their expectations.
Our goal when we work as partners with our suppliers is to provide them with the
adequate information needed to stay in sync with us and understand who we are and
what we need; enabling them to fulfill our expectations as their customer and recognizing them as a preferred supplier.
We also review our progress toward achieving "Quality" as we examine our business performance.
We consider feedback and information an important element in achieving this goal. We need staff members, Customers, and suppliers to participate in our business planning and to help us evaluate our progress toward achieving our goal. Ensuring that "Quality" is integrated into our planning and review processes, it becomes a vital element in our blueprint for success.
